Welcome

A progress review can be referred to as a check-in or program recap, during which we meet and go over your logs for nutrition and training in order to make appropriate adjustments to your plan.

What: We review food logs, assess progress metrics (photos, measurements, weight, or strength logs). Receive tailored nutrition advice, actionable strategies, and solutions to overcome challenges to make steady progress toward your goals.

Duration:: Up to 50 minutes, typically 30-40 minutes

Required: Must have an active 'consulting' or 'coaching' service.

Disclaimer: We do not share your photos with anyone else besides the team members working directly with you. As part of your service, we may do the following for you:

  • Set up your food logging tool
  • Review your meal plan with you
  • Coordinate meal prep orders
  • Review your meal plan with you
  • Track your strength and set targets
  • Take your progress photos
  • Take your measurements
  • Compile your macronutrient summary
  • Set up a supplement protocol based on your bloodwork, history, and health record

During the final week we take the final inBody test and review all your strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, and threats to success. This comprehensive review provides a translation of the data and insight to the adjustments that should be made. how we should adjust the program based on real research and evidence. This can be a continuation plan with us, or a transition or exit plan for you to work alone yet remain successful in your endeavors..
